Alexia Freeman

Alexia is a passionate sustainability professional and community builder with diverse global experience. Her holistic approach to problem-solving, shaped by work in the U.S., France, and Spain, drives impactful and sustainable change. She has experience in research, teaching, project management, and leadership initiatives. Currently, she is the Director of Community and Client Engagement at The Carbonauts where she spearheads the organization’s national in-person events as well as its virtual events. She is currently completing her thesis focusing on corporate sustainability initiatives and behavior change and she is on track to graduate with her ALM in Sustainability in the spring of 2025. This is her second year on the club’s Board of Directors. The previous year she founded and solely ran the mentorship program and is hoping to continue to uplift professionals in the sustainability space.
