Sofia Chufani

Sofia is a Food Industry Engineer working in the construction industry and gaining experience in strategic management, business development, leadership, and communication. She has led initiatives in the redefinition of the company’s purpose, food waste prevention, and plant-based product development. As an ALM Management candidate with a growing passion for food systems transformation, Sofia is transitioning her career focused on advocating for sustainable practices and inspiring action in these areas to drive change that benefits human health, the planet, and animal welfare.  She joined HES3C to raise awareness about the critical connection between food and sustainability.
